CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Quality in OMPA is at the heart of each production process with the main objective of achieving a total Product Conformance along with full Customer Satisfaction. Quality Assurance therefore represents an internal constant and continuous activity during the whole manufacturing cycle or service provided, starting from supplier/vendor selection and ending with customer satisfaction verification.

Quality Control is always performed by high precision instrument and particularly, inspection on connections are assisted by specialized equipment such as Thread Gauges, MRP, Profile Projector, computerized Contour Measuring instrument, etc. Ompa, in addition to assisting any necessary Non-Destructive Test, is also routinely carrying out MPI and Dye Penetrant by its internal qualified staff (level II, SNT-TC-1A).

During its growth and long activity career, OMPA has achieved ISO 9001, API Q1 e ISO/TS 29001 QMS certifications (APIQR) and holds main qualifications and licensees which enable the company to operate in the Oil & Gas business in accordance to the highest market standards. These include: API 5CT, API 6A, API 7-1, “Tenaris-Hydrill” BLUE, ER, MS, MS SR, MS28, MS XT/XC, MS28 XT/XC, PJD (tubing); “ENI” ADMS; “NOV-Grant Prideco” HT®, XT® and “Hunting” SEAL-LOCK & TKC series.
